Delivery
We print all of our items in-house and we aim to have your item printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of being ordered. Please allow 5-7 business days for UK orders to be delivered. Orders are dispatched from our studio Monday to Friday only. No orders will be dispatched Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Free UK shipping on all orders over £50
EU shipping (5-14 business days):
Items weighing UNDER 1kg: £7.00
Items weighing OVER 1kg: £12.00
Rest of the world (7-14 business days):
Items weighing UNDER 0.5kg: £12.00
Items weighing OVER 0.5kg: £20.00
Please be aware that customers outside of the UK may incur additional customs duties or taxes or other customs requirements. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 business days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Please note delivery fees are non-refundable and we do not offer any exchanges at this time.
Please ensure that you enclose a completed returns form with your order which can be downloaded here. Ensure that your item is well packaged and shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Payment of refunds
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned items.
